Hi welcome!
My name is Irene and I am the founder/ owner/ operator of Tru Tea. I Started Tru Tea in 2022 and through much hurdles and challenges finally opened in March 2024!
Tru Tea is an artisanal boba tea shop. Everything we offer, teas and baked treats, were developed by me. They are crafted to my palate and standard. They are my creations and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
I brew my teas in small batches to maintain freshness. This is also tru for my baked goods. I make everything on site and I use nothing premade.
My goal is to make it worth it. Worth the calories and worth your money. You're not getting syrup mixed in bitter water at Tru Tea. You get brewed tea infused with real fruit and sweetened with organic blue agave.
No powder tea mixes or any none dairy creamer ever! It's not only gross it's unethical! Tru Tea boba milk teas are made with tea, brown sugar and milk. I make our boba from scratch with imported tapioca flour and brown sugar syrup (which is also made here).
We are not flashy or fancy or have tons of likes. We won't solicit reviews or ask for posts. However, we will greet you when you come in and thank you when you leave.

OUR BAKES
Everything is baked from scratch onsite with real and natural ingredients. We never use bleached or bromated flour. We use whole eggs, real butter, real chocolate and vanilla extract and paste.
